2. Do I need to be nominated to enter?
No, you can self-nominate or nominate someone else. We encourage you to share your accomplishments and take pride in the impact you’ve made.
3. How much does it cost to enter?
Entry fees are per category. In some cases, we offer bundled category pricing. Please refer to categories page.
4. Can I enter more than one category?
Yes! You are welcome to enter multiple categories if you feel your business or individual achievements align with more than one award.
5. How are the entries judged?
Each entry is judged against a clear set of criteria. All judges score independently, and scores are tallied to determine the winner. Some categories may include mystery shopper assessments.
6. Will I receive feedback on my entry?
Yes. Every entrant receives a copy of their scorecard and feedback from the judging panel. This is part of our commitment to transparency and growth.
7. What is the People’s Choice Award?
The 360 Business of the Year is our public-voted category. The public can vote for their favourite clinic in each state. Final tallies are provided to entrants at the conclusion of the voting period.
8. When are finalists announced?

9. Do I have to attend the event to win?

These Terms & Conditions govern entry and participation in the Aesthetic Business Masters & Awards. By entering, you agree to the following:
Eligibility
Open to individuals and businesses operating within the aesthetic industry in Australia or New Zealand.
Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
Employees of the organising committee or direct event staff are not eligible to enter.
Submission Requirements
All entries must be submitted via the official online entry portal by the published deadline.
Incomplete, incorrect, or late entries may not be accepted.
Supporting documentation must be accurate, original, and not violate any third-party rights.
Judging Process
Entries will be judged by an independent panel based on set criteria for each category.
Judges score independently and all scores are confidential.
In select categories, mystery shopper evaluations may be used.
The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
People’s Choice Voting
Voting is open to the public and tracked digitally.
Entrants will be able to view their final vote count after the event.
Any fraudulent or manipulated votes will result in disqualification.
Feedback & Confidentiality
Entrants will receive judges’ scorecards and feedback.
All submitted information is treated as confidential and will not be shared publicly without permission.
Finalists & Winners
Finalists will be announced prior to the event.
Winners will be announced live at the Aesthetic Awards Gala.
Winners agree to be included in promotional materials, social media, and post-event press.
Event Attendance & Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee behaving inappropriately.
Use of Logos & Branding
Finalists and winners may use the official event logos and digital badges for promotional purposes, as provided by the event organiser.
All branding must be used in accordance with the provided brand guidelines.
Changes or Cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to modify event dates, venues, or category details if necessary.
In the case of event cancellation, entry fees will be refunded in full.
