Jade Spehr founded JadeStart in 2015 and has grown the company internationally to provide coaching for beauty and aesthetic businesses in fifteen countries around the world. Jade is a qualified lawyer, an undergraduate Accountant and worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager, providing business coaching to multi-million and billion dollar businesses. Jade is an international multiple-award winning business coach. 

Aaron is a business strategist specialising in the beauty and aesthetic industry. He helps beauty and aesthetic business owners get more income, more freedom and make a bigger impact on the world. Aaron has a Masters in Business, and is the founder of two internationally recognised businesses, incluSding sales training and eCommerce.

With the combined experience of Jade and Aaron, you are receiving all of their experience and knowledge in their programs. Jade and Aaron go above and beyond to empower beauty and aesthetic business owners the world over to get the income and lifestyle they deserve.

In 2024, Jade also won the Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Awards for the category of Professional Services and placed third at the Ausmumpreneur Awards for the category of Consulting Services. She is also a nominee for the 40 Under 40 Awards. 

In addition to this, Jade won the International Women’s Day Leadership Award for Small Business in 2019 presented by the City Of Gold Coast and was selected as a finalist for the Women In Finance Awards in 2020 for the categories Entrepreneur of the Year and Mentor of the Year. 

In addition to all of the above, Jade has served a term as a Ordinary Alumni Member for Bond University Limited (it’s a type of shareholders role for the board for Bond University Limited) and has previously served a term on the Young Professionals Committee for ARITA, an industry body for the Insolvency sector.
